Terminal Supervisor

Waste Oils Company Limited is looking for a Supervisor for its Fuel Terminal in Marsa to assist in managing the smooth running of terminal operations.  The selected applicant will oversee that company processes and procedures are followed closely to ensure a high-quality product.

The selected applicant would be responsible for:

• Maintaining the quality and quantity of products inside the terminal


• Allocating and supervising plant operators efficiently to ensure the best resource utilisation


• Carrying out quantification of stocks by measuring shore tanks as required


• Supervising trucks / barges’ unloading / loading operations


• Maintaining truck loading system and ensuring sufficient fuel markers are in place


• Planning and managing all terminal preventive and scheduled maintenance of equipment


• Carrying out hands-own maintenance as required


• Carrying out routine checks of road tankers to ensure that vehicles are compliant with transport regulations

The selected applicant would have the requirements:

• A Mechanical Engineering degree or similar


• Previous experience in Operations, especially in a fuel terminal


• Capable of leading a small team


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
