We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candidate to form part of our team. The selected candidate will be an individual with previous work experience within a similar work environment and will report directly to the Senior Management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of the hotel operations and security of the building and the hotel guests, throughout the course of the afternoon and when necessary, during the night
- Dealing with any guest complaints and, overseeing the front office operation and helping where necessary
- Ensuring that energy-saving practices are being observed
- To be responsible for guest relations (complaints, demands, requests etc)
- Assists all departments with any difficulties which may arise from time to time
- Monitors and checks that the quality service standards are being followed
- Endeavours to establish a rapport with the guests and encourage feedback
- Endeavours to be fully conversant with the product to be able to reply satisfactorily to all queries and enquiries
- Investigate and follow up on negative feedback received by the hotel through online review sites
- Physically inspect the show-around room the evening before the show-around ensuring that these are up to standard
- Carry out evening show-around in the absence of the Sales and Marketing Manager
The selected candidate will have:
- Previous hotel management experience
- Flexibility towards working hours
- Ability to build a positive and working relationship with all levels of the hotel team
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Have an excellent customer service skill
- Effective communicator with guests and employees
- Excellent knowledge of English (written, verbal)
- Have good administrative skills, be computer literate and must be conversant with MS Office applications
