Program Manager

United remote are looking for a Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for enthusiastic people, with a head full of ideas, who like to take responsibilities and are eager to learn new things.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with key employees among customers


• Create plans to address clients’ business needs


• Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap


• Groom and prioritise the backlog


• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria


• Advise clients on creating sustainable processes


• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied


• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate


• Ensure both the company and clients create a good working partnership


• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers


• Analyse preferences and requests of end-users


• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, affiliates, customer support, developers and marketing) to address customers’ needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Product Owner


• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets


• Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus


• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle


• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies


• A customer-oriented attitude


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Problem-solving aptitude


• Ability to work well with a team
