We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team.

Detailed Descriptions of Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the support email and answering prospective clients in a timely manner and/or distributing emails and organising maintenance route for the Sales / Operations team accordingly

  • Assist B2B and B2C teams in issuing invoices as required

  • Responsible for data inputting, filing, petty cash and other administrative tasks as required

  • Learning about the product that we sell to assist with any walk-ins in our showroom

  • Responsible for answering social media queries and requests

  • Assisting the managing director accordingly


Preferred Education and Work Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in administration

  • Fluent in Maltese is a must and basic English

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office is a must and preference will be given to applicants who know how to use the Sage accounting program

  • Able to work on his/her own initiative
