Manufacturing Support Executive

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Manufacturing Support Executive to join our Automation and Control department.

Main Duties

• The selected candidate will support the company activity from a technical perspective, including support in the design, assembly, and upgrades of existing and new equipment, be it through mechanical and/or electrical-related activities.


• support the Automation and Control Manager in the introduction and selection of new equipment and responsible as deemed necessary for the manufacture, mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of internally designed equipment and on any upgrades carried out on existing equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Applicants must possess a Diploma or higher from a recognized institution in either Mechatronics / Manufacturing / Automation / Industrial Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.


• Experience in manufacturing with exposure to industrial machines and automation will be considered an asset.


• Be conversant with automation technologies and rubber industry-related equipment.


• Be knowledgeable in mechanical design and/or electrical design.


• Experience with CAD mechanical design software and/or PLC and other industrial-related software's and/or electrical design software’s are considered an asset.


• Be a team player with the ability to undertake challenging tasks and have a continuous improvement mentality and be able to work on own initiative.
