We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Transmax Co Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the transportation industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting Transmax Co Ltd services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.


• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.


• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


• Present, promote, and sell Transmax Co Ltd services to existing and prospective clients.


• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.


• Negotiate contracts and close deals.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.


• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.


• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Salesperson, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in Shireburn software and MS Office.
