HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to monitor and manage Human Resources functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established HR policies and procedures


• Maintain proper and complete HR records


• Handle all the company’s HR inquiries


• Responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition


• Liaison with Identity Malta for work permits application submission and processing


• Support in establishing a conducive culture


• Keep abreast with applicable employment legislation and compliance


• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources (or other relevant certification in the field)
  
  
  
  


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Proven track record as an HR specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience
