Shift Manager

We have some serious ambitious plans to grow our business and to be able to achieve them we are seeking to recruit a Shift Manager to join our successful operations team at our Malta Plant and take full management responsibilities of a whole shift.

Working Hours:

• Alternating shifts.

Key Accountabilities Include:

• Manage a multidisciplinary team to meet the weekly production goals.


• Allocate people to operate effectively, approving leave requests of your team.


• Develop a training plan to have the skills required to meet production demands.


• Engage the team and ensure everyone embodies the Toly values.


• Act as a point of escalation to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.

Requirements:

• In possession of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree business, engineering or equivalent.


• Have ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production environment.


• Excellent numerical proficiency and basic MS Office knowledge.


• Be eager to learn all about the beauty industry.


• Have an analytic mindset and attentive to detail.


• This role requires a person with the ability to work independently, be able to prioritise under pressure and work effectively in a team.


• She / he must have good written and verbal communication skills and a superb knowledge of on production environments.


• Teamwork, a positive mind-set and the ability to multitask under pressure are important attributes we are looking for.
