The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and is accountable for providing administrative support in a creative and dynamic environment.

Based at our corporate office in Bulebel, Malta, this exciting role also involves travelling overseas to attend and help set up various exhibitions.

Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing the CMO’s diary and making appointments as necessary;
- Participating in meetings together with the CMO and taking minutes;
- Providing senior administrative support which includes data management, maintaining office systems and filing;
- Screening and handling of phone calls and enquiries as appropriate;
- Preparing documentation, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Meeting and greeting visitors across various levels of seniority;
- Dealing with incoming emails, and enquiries, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- Carrying out specific projects and research;
- Responsibility for accounts and budgets;
- Supporting the CMO with the overall responsibilities and working more closely with management.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- In possession of an A' level standard of education or diploma MQF level 4 in Administration, Business or Management, preferably with some experience in a similar role;
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics;
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- Experienced and knowledgeable with social media and online marketing;
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and meeting etiquette;
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
- A self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision;
- Experience with budgeting;
- A strong analytical and research background coupled with the ability to translate data into action plans;
- Can easily embody and communicate at all levels the company’s values and beliefs;
- Trustworthy, responsible and dependable person with high integrity.
