Draughtsperson

We are currently seeking a Draughtsperson to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings and schematics.


• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and incorporate necessary details.


• Use CAD software to produce high-quality, accurate plans for building services.


• Revise and update drawings to reflect changes in design and specifications, ensuring all revisions are documented.


• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.


• Assist with estimating materials, dimensions, and costs based on project specifications.


• Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and incorporate real-world data into plans.


• Maintain an organized database of drawings and ensure that all documentation is stored and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Draughtsperson within the Building Services industry, specifically in HVAC.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.


• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 3D.


• Preference will be given to competent Revit users.


• Fluent in English.


• Be in possession of a valid work permit.
