Position Overview
As an Insurance Broker you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, addressing their insurance needs, and ensuring seamless account management.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.


• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and offering suitable solutions.


• Gather necessary information from clients to assess their insurance needs and present appropriate options.


• Research insurance policies from various companies and negotiate with underwriters to secure the best terms for clients.


• Ensure clients understand the terms and coverage of their policies in accordance with industry regulations.


• Process renewals and amendments to existing policies efficiently and accurately.


• Handle administrative tasks including paperwork, correspondence, and maintaining detailed records.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.


• Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.


• Fluency in both Maltese and English languages is required.


• Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Able to work full-time during office hours, Monday to Friday.
