We are currently seeking an HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll; review and ensure accuracy of approved weekly timesheets.
- Reconciliation of daily punches to weekly approved roster.
- Liaise with external partners, (subcontractors) and ensure they provide the required workforce and see to legal compliance.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Register engagements and termination according to corporate and statutory requirements.
- Organize and maintain employees' personnel records.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
- Apply and follow the process of obtaining TCN work permits.
- Prepare end-of-month related documents.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Assist employees in HR-related queries.
- Duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Senior Management.
