TenderFinder have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Business Development Executive to join its young and energetic team.

About Us
TenderFinder is an online platform, aggregating tenders from over twenty-seven countries, and offering users a highly-interactive dashboard. After a soft launch in Malta, the platform will undergo an internationalisation exercise, to acquire clients on a European level.

The Role
We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive who can come up with and execute client acquisition (sales) strategies. The role is part of the online platform's growth strategy. The role includes the sales of subscriptions and the onboarding of clients to reach predetermined quarterly sales targets. In addition, you will be required to liaise with clients and help build a CRM database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients

  • Seek new prospects and proactively build a pipeline

  • Contact prospects through various channels (telephone, email, social media etc.)

  • Report on sales and pipeline management

  • Hold any meetings / calls with prospective clients to demo the platform

  • Organise sales campaigns

  • Carry out market research

  • Complete the full sales cycle and provide the directors with feedback / recommendations


You

  • Knowledge of Hubspot, WordPress and Google Workspace

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Hunger to reach sales targets

  • Minimum 1-year experience in an online sales and marketing role

  • Able to perform independently

  • Motivated and a self-starter

  • Experience with managing social media channels and their respective Ad Managers
