Airport Representative (English & German Speaking)

Sunspot Tours (Malta) Ltd is currently seeking an English / German Speaking Airport Representative. We are looking for a smart, well-organised, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Working on a self-employed, ad hoc basis between October 2024 and May 2025.


• Provide meet-and-greet services at the airport.


• Deal directly with clients and drivers, ensuring issues are promptly and thoroughly resolved.


• Always represent the company in a professional and well-presented manner.

Requirements:

• Ability to work both individually and within a team environment.


• A clean driving license and own car are considered assets.


• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. German proficiency will be given preference.


• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. The selected candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package.
