We are currently looking for a Researcher in the R&D department who will be responsible for organic synthesis study and execution and analytical method development, validation and testing of new products and related in-process controls in line with cGMP practices with an innovative approach.

The Position Requires:

  • Responsible for new products and their development in lab through experimentation and literature review.

  • Responsible for performing in process controls of the processes in production.

  • Managing of troubleshooting activities, including the necessary experimental work in the lab.

  • Development of analytical methods.

  • Analyzing process deviations through investigation of the cause and effect, evaluating data out of limits and comparing each production output in order to implement an improvement.

  • Guaranteeing the correct recording and reporting of the experimental activity by issuing the necessary documentation such as R&D reports.

  • Guaranteeing the experimental support to the validation of new raw material suppliers.

  • To provide support in the start-up of new processes and scale up / down of existing processes.

  • To ensure lab safety and process safety.


The Selected Person Will be:

  • In possession of a scientific degree ideally in Organic Chemistry or Pharmacy.

  • Ideally experienced in a similar relevant role and exposed to LC and GC lab instruments.

  • Knowledgeable in cGMP and quality systems.

  • Strong is displaying analytical quantitative and qualitative skills.

  • Creativity in the process of thinking and problem-solving.

  • Diligent, self-motivated and with good attention to detail.

  • Critical in reviewing reports and trials (experiments) results or analysis.

  • An efficient communicator.

  • Able to multi-task and respect deadlines.

  • Driven, resilient and with a 'can do' attitude.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Capable of following standard operational procedures and able to work cautiously and safely.
