International Fashion Ltd operates the Retail Division of Bay Street Group. With Springfield joining our ever-growing brand portfolio, we are seeking to recruit energetic and motivated team members to occupy the role of a Retail Sales Assistant.

Springfield is an urban casual brand born in 1988 offering casual wear with a contemporary and casual appeal for men and women. Easy to wear collections, excellent price- value and affordable fashion is the key concept that sustains Springfield’s fast growth and expansion.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, your main responsibilities include but, are not limited to:

• Meticulously promote and uphold the fine name of Springfield


• Ensure that the Shop is always seen as a showcase of fine products on display


• Assist customers in all their requests, extending every courtesy to them


• Adopt a mentality of constant and never-ending self-improvement by having top-notch product knowledge and well-honed customer care skills

As such you:

• Are undoubtedly a dedicated professional in the retail industry, with previous experience and have impressive organisational skills


• You impress people by your communication skills; you show genuine interest in their needs


• Have a strong and committed positive attitude


• Are ideally fluent in Maltese and English, computer literate and in possession of a friendly but professional work ethic
