What’s the job?
A growing iGaming business are in need of a part-time Office Administrator & PA (to the Directors) to join a team of 20+ in Sliema, Malta. You will be the key point of contact for all office and facilities-related tasks and also assist the Directors with their work-based needs.

This position is part-time (20 hours over 5 days) onsite at their offices in Sliema, Malta.

What will you do?

  • Meet and greet any external clients visiting the office.

  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation.

  • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and events.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Assist in bookkeeping and invoicing as required.

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

  • Foster a positive office environment and assist with onboarding new employees.

  • Support the team in special projects and initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Careful handling of all deliveries and mail.

  • Day-to-day office errands.


Who are you?

  • Native level of the Maltese language.

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, executive assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Must have a valid driving license and car (fuel allowance provided for job-related tasks).
