Technical Sales Representative

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending products, and providing demonstrations of how our products work. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, developing relationships with existing customers, and sourcing new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the technical needs of customers and recommend appropriate products.


• Explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.


• Follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.


• Keep customers informed about new products and technological advancements.


• Prepare proposals and reports related to technical products.


• Meet or exceed sales targets.


• Report sales activity to management.


• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and contact information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience.


• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of company products.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to identify and follow up on leads.


• Proven track record in selling products and closing deals.


• Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.


• Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance.


• Valid driver’s license.
