The company has an annual turnover of c. £13m - approximately 80% SaaS-based, growing at c. 20% per annum. It has c. 120 employees in London and Malta.

We have a small Finance team of 6 people with this role being based in our Malta office.

We have a requirement for an Accounts Clerk / Finance Junior to help support the current team. The role will also take responsibility for supporting all duties across the finance function, so experience working within a Finance function would be advantageous.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday - 5 days per week (We currently work a hybrid pattern of 3 days from home and 2 days from our office). We would also consider a minimum of 25 hours per week part-time if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the two Finance Assistants, and Finance Analyst in the day-to-day Finance operations

  • Sales ledger: raising sales invoices, credit control, queries and Sales team support

  • Purchase ledger: posting supplier invoices, raising payment requests


Key skills required

  • 2 years in a similar environment

  • Book-keeping, credit control, AAT desirable

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

  • Competent in Excel

  • Attention to detail

  • Organised and ability to work to deadlines

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral (English)


The candidate must be immediately eligible to work in Malta.
