- Assist the General Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of different departments within the organization.
- Help develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective and efficient operations across all business areas.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Assist in implementing eco-certification and enforcing health and safety regulations process to maintain a health and safety work environment.
