We are looking for an ambitious Office Administrator who is willing to help the company operate day to day so employees can perform to their highest ability. You will be:

  • Coordinating and overseeing all office activities

  • Ensuring adherence to relevant company procedures and policies

  • Handle phone calls and all related correspondence

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

  • Keeping databases in check and updating them regularly

  • Controlling the office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs

  • Supervising cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary


You are good at:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese

  • High attention to details and ability to effectively plan work tasks to meet deadlines

  • Able to Multitask with a positive friendly attitude

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role is considered a plus
