We are currently in search of a talented and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands.

Reporting to the food and beverage manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day food and beverage operation.

General Profile

  • Overseeing the operation of multiple outlets;

  • Ensuring that brand standards are adhered to whilst driving revenue within the outlets;

  • Implementing effective control of food and beverage within outlets;

  • Supervising outlet managers whilst training and coaching the food and beverage team members;

  • Encouraging the development of team members;

  • Monitoring and assessing service and satisfaction trends, evaluating and addressing issues, and making improvements accordingly;

  • Ensuring that HACCP records are monitored and updated.


Requirements

  • Experience in a managerial role within a similar environment, coupled with an educational background in hospitality management will be highly regarded;

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible work schedule and be a team player.
