Your Mission
Your career with PwC is what you make it to be. This role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Undertaking business process analysis and assessing adequacy for automation;

  • Determine business value by applying analytical skills, document accurate business requirements and present these requirements in a manner that is concise, measurable and flexible enough to meet project and stakeholder needs;

  • Driving and Documenting the Automation Engineering process (Design, Build, Test, Release, Hypercare, Production Support).


About You
The ideal candidate is therefore one who:

  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a relevant field;

  • Has 2 years of experience in a similar role, and has had first-hand experience in driving business processes automation projects leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and similar technologies;

  • Has experience in also scripted programming languages (e.g. Python and Javascript) and Microsoft SQL and in managing automation hosted in the CoE and debugging any issues/exceptions arising;

  • Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills;

  • Can communicate fluently in English;

  • Has an agile mindset and be flexible to work through changing priorities;

  • Is impact-driven and eager to have a real positive impact on the Firm and very importantly a good team player on who colleagues can reply on


Having knowledge of the following will be considered an asset:

  • RPA software certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer);

  • Familiarity with Dataverse and/or Sharepoint lists;

  • Experience with APIs;

  • Familiarity with Data scraping, transformation and Data Visualisation tools including Alteryx and PowerBI;

  • Knowledge of VBA and VB.Net programming languages.
