The PwC’s Academy Malta is seeking to recruit the services of an ‘IT support administrator’ to join our team and support everyday operations within PwC’s training and client experience centre - The Hub.
We are looking for an individual that is proficient ICT to support the diverse technology projects undertaken by the firm.
We are interested in individuals having at least one year experience in a similar role, having a good understanding of technology but most of all are motivated and willing to learn on an ongoing basis.
This role involves but is not exclusive to the following:
IT would be an advantage to have experience or knowledge of technologies such as:
Potential applicants will need to work on a number of projects concurrently and work on flexible hours.

- Administration of systems used by the Academy;
- Network infrastructure and support across the various training spaces;
- Planning and deploying technology upgrades;
- Troubleshooting and resolving technology issues;
- Assisting in the setting up audio-visual technologies including projection and amplification systems
IT would be an advantage to have experience or knowledge of technologies such as:
- Windows and Linux environment;
- Microsoft Azure;
- VMware and/or HyperV virtualised environments;
- WAN/LAN configuration, security and monitoring;
- Understanding of VOIP systems.
