Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit a McCafe Co-ordinator to support the restaurants in their daily operations.
The Position
Based in Malta and reporting to the Operations Manager, the McCafé Co-ordinator implements policies and procedures, supports baristas in their training and development, and provides customers with information and recommendations on McCafé products. The role also involves ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, promoting coffee culture, and supporting McCafé campaigns.

The Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an ‘O' level standard of education, with at least one year’s experience in a restaurant environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for coffee, good communication skills, and a supportive, collaborative personality.
