We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Executive to help on day to day responsibilities and to serve as a Personal Assistant to the Notary. This position is integral to ensuring smooth operations in a professional environment, handling various tasks related to scheduling, communication, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management: Organize and maintain the notary’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Deadline tracking: Monitor and follow up on project deadlines for team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Billing and appointments: Prepare and send billing / appointment emails to clients and follow up as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks and also to work within a team.
- Minimum of post-secondary qualifications and/or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
