Compliance Monitoring Manager

Join our Compliance team. We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager whose role is to verify that the organization adheres to aviation regulations by leading auditors and inspectors overseeing the Compliance Monitoring System.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the compliance monitoring system to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.


• Supervise and manage auditors, reviewing audit results and ensuring follow-up actions.


• Plan and conduct audits, ensuring efficient resource use and timely execution.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations.


• Coordinate with aviation authorities when needed to ensure clear communication and accurate compliance reporting.


• Ensure audit documentation is maintained securely and confidentially.


• Provide reports to the Executive Director on compliance status and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of work experience in the aeronautical industry in the area being audited or inspected.


• Strong knowledge of aviation safety and security regulations (ICAO standards, EASA regulations, national and international security legislation).


• Have good knowledge of the CAME, Operations Manuals and/or associated manuals relevant to the audit assigned to him/her.


• Fluent in English.
