Batch Documentation QA Officer

Pharmadox Healthcare Ltd is a EUcGMP licensed importation, secondary packaging, batch testing and batch release service provider to the Global Pharmaceutical Industry. Having one of the largest and most established setups in the EU, the company is seeking to expand its operations further and extensively. To substantiate company growth, a vacancy for a Quality Assurance Officer (Batch Documentation) has arisen.

Reporting to the QA Manager (Batch Documentation), the QA Officer (Batch Documentation) will assist the QA batch documentation review team in the review of Batch Manufacturing and Packaging records across multiple dosage forms including non-sterile, sterile and inhaler (MDIs / DPIs) pharmaceutical products.

The main responsibilities include:

• Organisation and compilation of batch documentation records and any related documents in accordance with company procedures.


• Review of batch records in accordance with registered dossiers, the Marketing Authorisation and the applicable process validation reports.


• Ensure that any nonconformance with product, procedure or cGMP is reported immediately to the releasing QP.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Must have an eye for detail and maintain a high level of attentiveness.


• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.


• With excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
