Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance claims promptly and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for streamlined operations.
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication.
- Handle telephone calls and data entries, process claims and issue payments.
- Generate and analyse reports to monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with other related activities as needed to support team objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of secondary level education.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office will be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
