The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of both SCAR and Paradise Bay Hotel. This role requires a self-motivated professional with prior experience, capable of operating independently while collaborating with our external IT partner, iLink, for advanced support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain and optimize hardware, software, and network systems across both locations.
- Conduct regular system updates, data backups, and preventative maintenance.
- Provide timely IT support and guidance to staff.
- Liaise with iLink for complex IT issues and implement recommended solutions.
- Manage IT inventory, vendor communication, and the procurement of relevant IT equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven IT experience (minimum 2+ years) in a similar role, demonstrating independence in handling diverse IT needs.
- Strong understanding of network systems, hardware configurations, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide user-friendly support to non-technical staff.
Working Conditions:
- The role requires flexibility to work across both SCAR and Paradise Bay Hotel.
