Production Operator

Panaxia is part of a group of Israeli pharmaceutical companies specializing in the Medical Cannabis sector. We are seeking to recruit a Production Operator to join our Production department. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure that all products are manufactured, packed and stored according to GMP regulations and as per company procedures.


• To ensure that all BMRs and PBRs are properly filled and respect ALCOA principles.


• To ensure that the production floor is properly maintained: cleaned and free from clutter.


• Ensure that all GMP-related training, including SOP training needs, is performed in a timely manner.


• To work under the guidance of the Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.


• To follow all EHS procedures in daily operations.


• To follow GMP regulations and company procedures at all times.


• To perform additional duties as may from time to time be required in the best interest of the company.

Education and / or Work Experience Required

• A minimum O' level standard of education is required.


• Ability to understand and achieve strategy and tactical implementation.


• Minimum of 2 years experience in the pharma industry.


• Possession of good communication skills both oral and written English.


• Computer literacy experience with databases, spreadsheets and word processing is required.


• Sound knowledge of the manufacturing environment.


• Assertive in character and a team player.


• Problem-solving approach, organized and able to multitask.


• Possess a proactive, dynamic and flexible approach.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25kg.
