Storekeeper

A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Storekeeper, working in our Warehouse department. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Main duties amongst others:

• Organizing and managing incoming supplies.


• Keeping tally, proper stacking and organizing products in the warehouse.


• Managing Warehouse Personnel and keeping a free flow process.


• Keeping accurate and updated records and managing stocks in the most appropriate manner.


• Informing the Warehouse Management of any discrepancies regarding incoming goods.


• Conducting weekly stock-taking exercises.


• Ensuring that the store is kept at a very high standard of cleanliness and organization.


• Supervising and preparing daily work for Pickers and Labellers.


• Substituting other Storekeepers when necessary.


• Being on call in case of any sudden emergencies.

Interested candidates must:

• Have a minimum of two years’ experience in the role.


• Be motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.


• Have excellent time management, communication and organization skills.


• Be a team player.


• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Have a valid working permit (if necessary).


• Possess a clean and valid driving license and must be able to operate a forklift.

Communication skills in Maltese will be considered an asset.
