We are currently seeking a Maintenance Agreements Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Issue monthly renewal invoices of maintenance agreements / sim cards.

  • Quote new agreements and provide general information as requested.

  • Create new customer accounts, new contracts and process invoices.

  • Amend and update changes in customer details.

  • Provide product and service information to customers.

  • Respond to client emails and inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Generate monthly reports as requested.

  • Identify and escalate issues where necessary to the Sales Manager.

  • Build positive relationships with customers.

  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.


Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset.

  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and Maltese.

  • Strong proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office, and electronic devices.
