- To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment

- Highly competent in fish and pasta
- Ability to work with maximum accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
Main Qualifications:
- At least 8 years experience
- Experience in a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant
- Fluent in English and Italian
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
- Previous experience in running a section in a busy kitchen
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment
- Ability to work on own initiative
