As the new Digital Campaign Specialist at NetRefer, you will use your written communication and analytical skills to gain market share for the NetRefer brand. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline for our Acquisitions department and assist with these efforts to support the Marketing function within the company’s growth structure.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in generating leads using online Marketing campaigns and successfully executing a solid Marketing strategy, within the existing Marketing framework.

Additionally, the role will require you to work closely with the Marketing Manager to assist with coordinating key local and international trade events that form part of the Marketing activity grid.

Key Requirements:

  • Run, optimise and manage our digital channels, with daily, weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders to ensure best performance

  • Technical implementation of campaign strategies (campaign setup, bidding strategy executions and feedback loop) and A/B test across all performance Marketing channels

  • Develop, scale and continuously refine and optimise our campaign strategy for the future, ensuring our full-funnel Marketing strategy complements each performance channel

  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities with the ability to converse with all levels of Management

  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset essential

  • Liaise with other departments to direct Marketing priorities to enable business success

  • Proactively seek out testing and tactical opportunities and share the results with the team

  • Contribute to product innovation in the paid media space


Education and Experience:

  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office apps

  • Google Ads search and display experience (required), Google Analytics experience (required), SEO experience (required) and DoubleClick platform experience (beneficial)

  • Meta Ads experience (required) and LinkedIn experience (required)

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

  • Passionate about creating memorable experiences for all stakeholders

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • Solid grasp of both spoken and written English as a B1 user at minimum (European framework of reference for languages)

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role

  • Ability to handle confidential information, with a high degree of integrity and professionalism

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive work style and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Someone with strong judgment, who embodies a high degree of professional maturity, honesty and integrity

  • Agile and at ease with multi-tasking and changing priorities

  • Event coordination experience advantageous
