We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant for a maternity replacement to join the Company on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will assist in handling the daily administrative HR duties of the Company. You will mainly be responsible for recruitment, record maintenance, and providing clerical support.

Key responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment process together with the HR Manager and Line Managers including coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews
- Managing employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance
- Assisting with preparing HR documentation
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager
- Preparation of work permit applications for third-country nationals and single permit renewals
- To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
What experiences are key to success in this job?
- Good understanding of HR practices and Maltese Employment law
- Fluency in Maltese and English
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working within the HR department
- A relevant qualification will be considered an asset
- Computer literacy (MS Office tools)
