Sales & Marketing Administrator

Multivend Services Ltd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team.

Main Duties

• Receiving calls of company telephone and mobile. (Weekly Mobile Roaster including weekends).


• Directing calls to the personnel concerned.


• Phone clients and take Ho.re.ca sales orders.


• Take control of email accounts and new requests.


• Assist and greet clients visiting the Reception area.


• Updating company sheets; faults / equipment reported by the client or company operator and apply for access passes.


• Day-to-day requests from company employees.


• Upkeep of company social media profiles and other Marketing-related duties.


• Other duties as instructed by the management.
