MSC Malta Seafarers, a company specialized in Crew Management is currently looking to expand the team for an
Admin / Finance Clerk.
Duties will include:

Knowledge of Navision and SAP software is considered an asset.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.

Admin / Finance Clerk.
Duties will include:
- Creating purchase orders;
- Posting of supplier invoices and credit notes;
- Payment allocations;
- Keeping the purchases ledger up to date by performing supplier reconciliations;
- Posting of bank transactions and bank and credit cards reconciliations;
- Clerical tasks and other ad hoc duties as requested;
- Assisting in annual audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum A' level qualification in accounts;
- Fluent in English and ideally in Maltese;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Have good organisational skills;
- PC literate and good level of competence with MS office (especially Excel).
Knowledge of Navision and SAP software is considered an asset.
