MSC Malta Seafarers, a company specialized in Crew Management is currently looking to expand the team for an
Admin / Finance Clerk.

Duties will include:

  • Creating purchase orders;

  • Posting of supplier invoices and credit notes;

  • Payment allocations;

  • Keeping the purchases ledger up to date by performing supplier reconciliations;

  • Posting of bank transactions and bank and credit cards reconciliations;

  • Clerical tasks and other ad hoc duties as requested;

  • Assisting in annual audits.


Requirements:

  • Minimum A' level qualification in accounts;

  • Fluent in English and ideally in Maltese;

  • Ability to work as part of a team;

  • Have good organisational skills;

  • PC literate and good level of competence with MS office (especially Excel).


Knowledge of Navision and SAP software is considered an asset.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
