Momentum Pensions Malta Limited is one of the world’s leading International Pensions providers and operates through three entities in Malta, Gibraltar and the Isle of Man. The company is currently seeking to employ an Office Administrator in its Malta division.
Momentum Pensions provides international pension schemes in Malta, Gibraltar and the Isle of Man, a key part of this service involves the processing of Client applications, the investing of their pension funds and assisting Clients and Financial Advisers on a wide range of technical and day to day queries.

Main Responsibilities of the Role:
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post.
- Liaising with couriers and delivery drivers to ensure smooth logistics.
- Organising and maintaining both paper and digital filing systems.
- Updating and managing internal databases to ensure accurate records.
- Handling stock orders for office supplies, including food and stationery.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
- Assisting with various projects when needed.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Assisting with the planning and organisation of office events.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail – Ability to manage documents and tasks accurately without missing any important information.
- Excellent communication skills – Both verbal and written communication skills are essential, especially for liaising with couriers, delivery drivers, clients, and financial advisers.
- Teamwork and independence – Capable of working autonomously or as part of a team, depending on the task or project at hand.
- Confidentiality – Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- IT proficiency – Particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, as these tools are key for administrative tasks like maintaining databases and working on documents.
- Administrative aptitude – Comfortable handling general office administration, organizing events, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply as full training will be given.
