We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Change Management Officer. This long-term role will support MITA’s success by having a primary role in, and contributing to the objectives of the Change Management team, which also includes being involved in Configuration Management and Problem Management.
Reporting to the Change Manager, under the direction of the Team Leader, the Change Management Officer shall
Eligibility requirements
Eligible candidates will hold either of the following combinations of qualifications and / or experience related to ICT.
Either:
i) an ICT-related diploma (MQF level 5); Or
ii) an ICT-related diploma (MQF level 4) together with one year of experience in an ICT-related area; Or
iii) two years’ experience in an ICT-related area.
Fresh graduates may be offered an employment opportunity subject to the provision of final results.
Candidates’ qualifications, experience and competencies will be assessed in line with the Agency’s Career Progression framework. Successful candidates may be engaged at either the Associate level – Career level 2, the standard level – Career level 3 or the Senior level – Career level 4.

Reporting to the Change Manager, under the direction of the Team Leader, the Change Management Officer shall
- Be passionate and enthusiastic to acquire, and research areas of required knowledge
- Demonstrate a positive attitude to work flexibly in a team while collaborating with and bringing together various stakeholders
- Be able to execute operational requirements and coordinate work autonomously, in line with direction. Such work includes evaluation of change requests, configuration data, and problems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, coordination of stakeholder meetings, analysis of documented information, reporting, improvements, and liaison with other parties
- Have an eye for detail, pinpointing exceptions, while taking a holistic view within the respective context
- Be fluent in written English and able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Have experience or sound understanding of service management concepts based on ITIL® (or other frameworks / standards), particularly in Change Management and Configuration Management
- Work during normal office hours, with infrequent exceptions
