Thanks to an increase in demand we are looking at strengthening our operations team with an Event Administrator.
The role would consist of general support tasks for the execution of events consisting of conferences and incentives in Malta and overseas.

Due to an increase in demand for our services, we are expanding our operations team and currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Event Administrator. As an Event Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, including conferences and incentives.

- Pre-Event Planning:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, both domestically and internationally.
- Collaborate with the events team to create detailed event timelines and checklists.
- Logistical Support:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for event attendees.
- Manage event-related materials.
- On-Site Support:
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all logistics run seamlessly.
- Address any unforeseen issues that may arise during events.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Prepare and distribute event-related documents, including agendas and informational materials.
Must haves:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in clerical-related position.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong ability to work individually and as a team member.
- Knowledgeable of general office procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English language.
