Yacht Broker

We are a well-established yacht brokerage firm specializing in market leading sailing yacht brands, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate yacht broker to join our team. As a Yacht Broker, you will be responsible for managing the sale and purchase of sailing and motor yachts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying and selling process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sale and purchase of sailing and motor yachts


• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, yacht builders, and other industry professionals


• Assist clients with the selection, purchase, and delivery of sailing and motor yachts


• Conduct market research and analysis to determine pricing and market trends within the sailing and motor yacht industry


• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients


• Negotiate the terms and conditions of sales contracts and agreements


• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire buying and selling process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a yacht broker or in a similar sales role within the yachting industry


• Strong knowledge of sailing yachts and the sailing industry


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sailing yacht builders, and other industry professionals


• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and objectives


• Ability to travel and work flexible hours


• Experience sailing or racing sailing yachts is a plus
