Logistics Coordinator

MCL designs and manufactures innovative and sustainable plastic products. We use cutting-edge technology to develop products for food and non-food packaging, reusable containers, toys, as well as products used in agriculture, construction, and health and fitness.

Position Summary
We are looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator who will form a part of our Logistics team. The ideal candidate for this role is a person who understands the value of a logistics function designed to operate in full support of company operations and customer requirements. This implies a role that must be efficient, highly organised, and above all versatile and ready to adapt effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Company’s logistics needs.


• Coordinate effectively with other departments.


• Prepare and plan daily delivery requirements.


• Coordinate with customers.


• Trigger and coordinate improvement initiatives.


• Monitor consumption and coordinate purchasing of several items.

Requirements

• A willingness to work in a dynamic environment.


• A willingness to respond quickly to changing daily requirements.


• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.


• A collaborative approach to all initiatives.


• A willing, open and effective communicator.


• Driving licence C/C1 or willingness to obtain it.
