Recruitment Specialist

The Maypole Group is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the selected candidate will be in charge of the entire recruitment and onboarding process across the various industries that the group operates in.

As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with the HR Manager to determine staffing requirements


• Using internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate


• Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements


• Organise and take part in interview procedures as required


• Take care of the onboarding process in terms of contracts of employment and work permits

Qualifications / Experience:

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Maltese


• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate at all levels both face to face and over the telephone


• Possess a valid driving license and own car


• The ability to build credibility and strong professional relationships at all levels


• Prior experience in a similar role shall be considered an asset


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
