Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and posting of journals


• Providing accounting support for other departments


• Prepare reconciliations of various accounts on a monthly basis


• Issuing invoices and chase sundry debtors for payment


• Maintaining the farmers' details and inputting the data related to the farmers and processing payments. Perform duties related petty cash book and other disbursements / receipts


• Carry out filing duties


• Perform general accounting duties


• Prepare necessary schedules as required by auditors in the course of their audit checks
