Technical Product Owner

We are now looking for a Technical Product Owner to take ownership of our ticketing and mobility platform. As a new role within the Technical department, you will be working hand in hand with our Project Managers and Technical team, while ensuring the highest quality of these platforms to deliver success to our customer.

The role
We are continuously looking to improve and optimise our ticketing and mobility platform, therefore in taking ownership of this core business area, you will be:

• Directly leading the planning, execution and completion of projects related to the ticketing and mobility platform whilst ensuring all new features and integrations are implemented in line with the system requirements and the company strategy for the platform as part of the IT projects team;


• Analysing the market and competitor products;


• Research new technologies and mobility trends and identify opportunities to implement solutions within the ticketing platform;


• Work hand in hand with stakeholders to identify business needs, costs, and benefits for proposed projects whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and budget;


• Analyse and mitigate risk related to availability, compliance, and security of the platform.

Who you are
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or Information Systems or similar coupled with a minimum of two years experience in managing technology projects within a similar role.

Additional to this, applicants should have a solid technical background with strong time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and agile working environment.
