Malta Healthcare Caterers Limited brings together a group of companies involved in the catering industry, healthcare-related services, hospitality and other management services. As part of its growth, the group is seeking a full-time Accounts Clerk to join its Finance and Administration team.

Main duties include:
- Inputting and / or updating of supplier invoices, delivery notes and other documents into computer systems
- Communicate with colleagues, clients and suppliers for missing data or paperwork and for reconciliation of records
- Suppliers’ reconciliation and payment runs
- Maintain proper filing and preparation for archiving of paperwork
- Daily bank balance reports
- Petty cash receipt postings
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the Financial Controller
Requirements:
- Familiar and efficient with the use of computer office applications
- Full training will be provided; however, candidates must be eager to learn and integrate with company procedures
- Knowledge of Shireburn software would be considered an asset
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with office colleagues
- Experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- An O' level standard of education in Accounts
