Malta Healthcare Caterers Limited brings together a group of companies involved in the catering industry, healthcare-related services, hospitality and other management services.  As part of its growth, the group is seeking a full-time Accounts Clerk to join its Finance and Administration team.

Main duties include:

  • Inputting and / or updating of supplier invoices, delivery notes and other documents into computer systems

  • Communicate with colleagues, clients and suppliers for missing data or paperwork and for reconciliation of records

  • Suppliers’ reconciliation and payment runs

  • Maintain proper filing and preparation for archiving of paperwork

  • Daily bank balance reports

  • Petty cash receipt postings

  • Other tasks as may be assigned by the Financial Controller


Requirements:

  • Familiar and efficient with the use of computer office applications

  • Full training will be provided; however, candidates must be eager to learn and integrate with company procedures

  • Knowledge of Shireburn software would be considered an asset

  • Highly organised and attentive to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with office colleagues

  • Experience in a similar role would be considered an asset

  • Fluent in verbal and written English

  • An O' level standard of education in Accounts
