Installation Team Leader

We are looking for a full-time Installation Team Leader for flooring products and playground equipment to join our team.

Applicants must have the following qualities:

• Must demonstrate supervisory abilities and skills.


• Must have a 'can do' and positive attitude.


• Must be able to manage tasks and time well.


• Must have experience in the finishings trade.

Responsibilities:

• Works with the Company’s Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of the project.


• Provides onsite leadership, assigns installers and helpers to daily jobs and monitors performance and completion of tasks.


• Transports project materials to and from sites, as required.


• Coordinate with other contractors on-site to work safely and efficiently.


• A hands-on approach to installing or applying the materials required for completion of the project.

Requirements:

• Driving licence. A 'C' licence would be considered an asset.


• Clear police conduct.
