Baker / Pastry Assistant

Le Grenier à Pain Malta is a French renowned bakery shop focusing on providing homemade fresh baked bread and pastries made with premium ingredients.

We are looking for a Baker / Pastry Assistant to join our team.

Ideally with experience but bread passionate candidate with small experience, who is willing to learn will be also considered. Under the supervision of the production manager and head baker, all the training will be insured by the company.

Experience / Skills / Character

• Must have some knowledge of different international and fresh Bakery / Pastry items.


• Must have an education as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or at least an equivalent qualification.


• Must have practical experience in Bakery / Pastry in a similar position.


• Must be able to deal with quality control and a high standard of hygiene procedure following the HACCP, and food and safety regulation.


• Must have a good attitude, be enthusiastic, motivated and positive, and reflect it as a leader into the bakery department.


• Ability to perform in a stressful environment and meet up deadlines.

Salary:
€19,000 - €23,000 gross yearly according to experience.
