Sales Leader

Situated in Lija, JYSK Malta’s is looking for a Sales Leader for a full-time position.

As a Sales Leader you will have the following areas of responsibility:

• Follow up on the key figures of the sales reports: do we perform well and are we the salespersons we should be?


• Be on the floor, coach and follow up on your staff and their efforts in order to facilitate their performance.


• Plan and schedule staff tasks to ensure that you reach the overall sales goal of the day / week / month.


• Order goods, plan and prepare for campaigns or new seasons - being always one step ahead on types of discounts or price regulations.


• Make sure that we keep our customer promise: to always be ready with a great offer.


• Ensure that the staff keep the store tidy and inviting - a great-looking store ensures great results.
